Shipping: All orders mailed within the U.S. will be shipped via Priority Mail. An exception may be made for orders shipped to Florida addresses, which may be sent via First Class Mail. Shipping charges are based on the dollar value of the order as follows:

Inventory: We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our on-line inventory information. Our e-store ordering system will provide you with an immediate confirmation that your order has been executed successfully. In addition, we will confirm your order’s availability by email within 36 hours. If an item is listed as out-of-stock or back-ordered, please allow 2-6 weeks for delivery. If we can provide you with a more definite timeframe, we will do so in our confirming email.
Returns: Canvases may be returned for a merchandise credit within 15 days of the original shipping date. Please advise us by email (info@islandneedlepoint.com) that you are making a return and send your shipment to:
